with more than 7,000 agents nationwide. Dina achieved several real estate records in New York City, including the most expensive condominium sale in downtown Manhattan. She has sold homes in Manhattan’s most notable luxury buildings,
including Time Warner Center; Superior Ink; 21 Astor Place; 260 Park Avenue South; 25 West Houston; The Chatham; The Chelsea Mercantile; The Urban Glass House; The Brompton; and 160 Wooster, often achieving record prices per square
foot. Dina also led sales for residential developments including 1055 Park Avenue, 11 Beach Street, 37 East 13th Street and 34 Greene Street. Dina is one of the lead brokers selling One Bennett Park.

A former marathon runner, Dina stills enjoys the sport as well as exploring Chicago’s restaurants, beaches and museums with her seven-year-old daughter.
Jennifer started off in real estate as an investor. Buying and holding properties in Chicago, the Northern suburbs and the Western suburbs of Oak Brook and Hinsdale. She took risks with small investments and tried to always buy pre-construction to make astute investments. Jennifer has mastered the blue print floor plans of the majority of the major high rises in the Chicagoland area, by being a buyer's broker and developers representative with selling out buildings with over 100 units each, throughout River North, Gold Coast, Lincoln Park and Chicago Loop area. Jennifer's smart work ethic is proven with the majority of her clients being referral and continuous repeat clients. Clients rave about her loyalty, perseverance, solid character and excellent communication skills. Jennifer has been recognized and awarded by the Board of Realtors as a top producer for her multi-million dollar sales volume, year after year.
Prior to becoming a real estate Broker, she was Director of Business Development for E-Loan.com in Silicon Valley, Ca. and was a top producer there, that in turn, allowed that company to go public on the NASDAQ. She has worked with major B2B tech companies throughout California and NYC. Her work at E-Loan has allowed her to have the vast knowledge of the entire real estate financial process. In turn, this allows her to master success in both management and financial strategies. Returning clients have 100% trust in her professional judgment. She supports philanthropic work by traveling with her father and allowing free health care services to underprivileged families all over the world. Jennifer was Director of Global Sales on The Chicago Spire, International team. She traveled all over the world selling the first third of pre-construction sales in record time. She currently represents a six star resort in the Bahamas.
